DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois... Little Wabash River at Carmi .Minor flooding continues on the Little Wabash River at Carmi. Water levels continue to slowly fall, and the river is forecast to fall below flood stage early Friday morning. For the Little Wabash River...including Carmi...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Wabash River at Carmi. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The inundation of county roads begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 28.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM CDT Monday was 29.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Friday morning and continue falling to 22.2 feet Monday, May 05. - Flood stage is 27.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
